How long does it take to process my order?
We process and pack all orders within 48-72 hours. During peak periods such as Christmas, Mother's Day and Valentine's Day processing times may be slightly longer. We recommend ordering early for seasonal occasions.
Can I update my gift message once I have placed my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible at [email]. We will do our best to update your message if your order has not yet been packed and shipped.
Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?
Please notify us immediately if you need to change your delivery address. If your order has already been dispatched we will do our best to redirect it however a redelivery fee may apply.
Can I cancel my order?
We are unable to cancel orders that have already been packed or shipped. If you need to cancel please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to assist.
How do you ship your orders?
We ship all orders via Australia Post using both standard and express shipping options. You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout.

Do you offer same day delivery?
We offer same day delivery within Sydney only via courier. Same day delivery is subject to availability and an additional courier fee applies which will be calculated at checkout. Orders must be placed before 11am to qualify.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Please ensure you provide a valid street address at checkout.
Do you deliver Australia wide?
Yes we ship to all states and territories across Australia via Australia Post.
What gift box will my order be packaged in?

Can I add a gift message?
Yes! You can add a personalised gift message at checkout which will be printed and included in your box. If you would like a handwritten message that personal touch is available for an additional $5 AUD.

In the rare event that a product is unavailable we will substitute it with an item of equal or greater value that suits the occasion. We will notify you by email if any substitution is made.
