Refunds and Cancellations

Once you receive an order confirmation, your purchase is complete. There are no refunds or change of mind.

Faulty Items

Please be assured that your gift will leave in perfect condition and packaged securely for safety purposes during delivery.  Please email us at hello@moderngiftco.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your gift box, including photos of the damaged goods and a brief description. However, Modern Gift Co will not take responsibility if the goods are damaged in transit.

Delivery

Please keep in mind there could be delays with external courier services. No refund will be given due to late delivery. Please consider ordering earlier so the package arrives on time.
